A Nod to Nushu & A Raw Discussion on Virtual Connection w/ Kristine Axelson
I am so excited to be back and to bring you this episode with Kristine Axelson. We met in a Nushu training to become facilitators of this modality of group connection. Nushu is a wellness collective and global community committed to fostering true connection, personal growth, and empowerment.
Though we have never met face-to-face or had any direct conversations throughout the months of training, we were able to experience such profound connection in a virtual setting in ways we didn't expect.
In this episode we share in a vulnerable discussion of how we have traditionally perceived connection in these types of digital spaces. And how this training both inspired and transformed our understanding of connection in general. Kristine shares brilliant wisdom from this journey and reminds us all of how leaning into our edges of growth can bring about our greatest transmutations.
