I am so excited to be back and to bring you this episode with Kristine Axelson. We met in a Nushu training to become facilitators of this modality of group connection. Nushu is a wellness collective and global community committed to fostering true connection, personal growth, and empowerment.
Though we have never met face-to-face or had any direct conversations throughout the months of training, we were able to experience such profound connection in a virtual setting in ways we didn't expect.
In this episode we share in a vulnerable discussion of how we have traditionally perceived connection in these types of digital spaces. And how this training both inspired and transformed our understanding of connection in general.
